Credit Card data in transit are transmitted only via the Banca Sella server (protected by the SSL3 security protocol with high-grade 128 bit encryption: the highest safety standard currently available using server-side certification) and subsequently to the international authorisation circuits.
5. What should I do if I cannot make the payment by credit card?
If there are no problems related to the credit card itself, please try again to place the order changing browser, by deleting the chronology and if necessary by choosing Paypal as form of payment.
6. What should I do if I do not receive any confirmation after completing the order?
After completing the order, if you do not receive the order confirmation from Luxties nor the payment confirmation from Banca Sella/Paypal circuits, please contact us.

If you pay by credit card, your money will put aside and your account will be charged only when the shipment is made.
If the shipment is delayed the money will be withdrawn the day 24 from the date you made the purchase after giving you comunication to you.
If you pay with Paypal, the payment is made right away.

2. How are the shipment made?
Luxties always make the shipment by couriers (Fedex, UPS, TNT), it is not possible to ship by regular postal service.
Shipping cost includes the fastest delivery service: our couriers are reliable and they grant quick and safe shipments.
Items are accurately packed to avoid any tamperings, crashes and damages and bad weather conditions.

4. Is it possible to ship the package as a gift, a sample or declare a lower value on the invoice?
No, every package is shipped with its own invoice necessary for customs checks.
We must always declare the real value of the goods, therefore it is not possible to show a lower amount on the invoice or mark the package as gift or sample.
5. If I buy more than one article will the shipping fees change?
Luxties offers you a special deal and freezes your shipping fees: if you buy more than one item up to 5 pieces, you will pay only one shipping cost.

No, if you are within the European Union, the prices you see on Luxties do include European VAT.
You will not have to pay any extra amount for import taxes.

Yes, if your country is not part of European Union, the prices you see on Luxties do not include European VAT.
At the time of the delivery or later, the courier may ask you to pay for the import taxes required by your country customs.

Luxties does not know about the value of the import taxes. In order to gather information about the amount of taxes, please contact Fedex customer service in your country or the Customs office.
9. I cannot change the country, what should I do?
Do not worry, please complete the order anyway even if the country appears wrong and write in the notes field the correct country name.
At the receipt of the order, we will manually modify the country and we will let you know if any price and shipping fees differnce apply.
10. I just received my tracking number but I cannot trace the package, what should I do?
Do not worry, the tracking number is sent by email at the time of the shipment and it will be available on the courier website within 24/48 hours.
Tracking numbers received on Friday may be shown on Monday night only (Central Europe Time).
Couriers do not work on Saturdays, Sundays and on bank holidays depending on each country.
11. Is it possible to ship to a po box?
No, Luxties cannot ship to po box, as the courier needs a signature at the delivery time.
12. Is it possible to ship to APO address?
No, it is not possible but we may send it to a military base address of the foreign country.
Shipments fees will apply according to the customs fees rules that apply in the delivery country.

13. Is it possible to ship to a Packstation?
Yes, Luxties can ship to a Packstation. Dhl will forward you a sms with the unlock code that you need to open the door and pick up your package. You have to collect your package within 5 days from the notification.
14. Is it possible to deliver without anyone to sign for it?
No, the courier always requests a signature in order to deliver the goods and it is not possible to leave the package unguarded.
Only for Fedex shipments to the USA, the recipient can contact the customer service and authorize the delivery without the request of a signature.
In this case Fedex and Luxties will not be responsible for any robbery, tamperings or damages of the goods.
Return and refund policy
1. How long does it take to see the refund on my account?
The refund times and the visibility of the refund on your account depend on your credit card company and on the banks.

2. How many days do I have to return the goods?
Goods can be returned within 10 working days from the delivery date by filling in the returned goods form (RFI) which you can find by clicking on this link.
